A workshop on ways to live a happy, stress free contended life with positive attitude was organised at SGRRITS on 31st December 2015. The workshop was conducted by Amit Dangwal, a self realised spiritual person with a role aim in life to help human being live a happy, joyful, peaceful and contended life. He propogates living life mindfully through his workshop along with his soulmate Ms. Archana Dangwal.
